Welcome to Mooseport Review

Welcome to Mooseport

Starring: Gene Hackman, Ray Romano, Marcia Gay Harden, Maura Tierney, Christine Baranski, Fred Savage, Rip Torn, June Squibb

Directed by: Donald Petrie

Written by: Tom Schulman, Doug Richardson (story)

Genre(s): Comedy

Rating: PG-13

Runtime: 110 minutes

Released: February 20, 2004

Plot:

Wow. This is an incredibly worthless film. I think wewould probably appreciate the film more if we tried our best to ignore its plot writing. Let it be known, this is perhaps the world’s best example of narrative ineptitude plot writing.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆

Execution:

How good is the the production of Welcome to Mooseport? This piece of cinema is a poorly directed film. Something of the acting in the movie seemed somewhat odd, but we did not know what.

Rating: ★½☆☆☆

Entertainment:

It’s a real snoozer. Have we sat though worse movies? Yes, though not very many. We just cannot emphasize amply quite how awfully bored I was.

Rating: ★½☆☆☆

Overall, Rent or Buy?

Meh. Do not rent or buy.

Rating: ★½☆☆☆
