A movie’s plot is its infrastructure. Unfortunately, this film’s plot falls well short. Waking Up in Reno’s terrible plot is a main culprit. Let it be known, this is possibly the finest example of bad film writing.

Waking Up in Reno’s plot is a real disappointment, because it seems as if the writing could have been crafted substantially better. Its production and direction were simply not up to par. Overall, the acting was reasonably strong thanks primarily to Billy Bob Thornton and Charlize Theron.

We were not very entertained. It just amazes us that a film this dull actually got made. Should you decide to watch this movie, be sure to set an alarm — you’re almost certainly going to fall asleep.
