Every good movie requires a quality story to tell. We were happy with how the plot developed. Just watch this film if at all possible — just the plot is worth it.

The film’s execution, that is, the production and acting, is truly superb. Many of us generally fail to recognize a movie’s production teams. They are absolutely worthy of some recognition for their efforts on The Squid and the Whale. The flick is executed perfectly.

When you watch The Squid and the Whale, you are in for a real adventure. I have watched many unexciting movies throughout the years, but The Squid and the Whale is not one of them. We cannot stress enough quite how truly fun the flick was.
