Plot:
A film’s writing is its infrastructure. Sadly, this movie’s plot falls well short. It is not especially that suprising. Its plot is actually that bad. I’d like to suggest The Butterfly Effect for the Most Terrible Plot Prize.

Execution:
How good is the the direction and acting of The Butterfly Effect? We will ultimately never fully understand the full potential of this movie since the production and direction is so flawed. Though Ashton Kutcher wasn’t strong enough, Amy Smart was notably strong.

Entertainment:
On the whole, we weren’t very entertained. I was hoping that The Butterfly Effect’s cast could make up for the multitude of problems created by terrible execution. But their efforts are for naught. This is the kind of movie that can absolutely ruin a new relationship.
