Even our most snooty acquaintances would find the writing not perfect but not too bad. Though So Goes the Nation’s writing is good for all of the classic reasons, the little things stand out. Is the plot sufficient to justify purchasing So Goes the Nation? Yes — but there are addtional reasons as well.

Execution:
Perhaps the most critical parts of a movie is its acting, and in this particular film the acting is strong. So Goes the Nation’s execution and production is pretty good. So Goes the Nation’s acting is reasonably strong. Paul Begala stands out, however.

Is it entertaining? Yes! Even though we weren’t really expecting too much, I was very satisfied at the quality of the film. We just cannot emphasize enough just how fun the film is.
