Plot:
This film has fairly good plot writing. The quality of Cloverfield writing is so high that we forgive the flick’s subpar facets. Is the plot sufficient to justify purchasing this film? Yes, but there are addtional reasons as well.

Execution:
A quality story means nothing if the actors, director, and production team do not deliver. But they are strong in Cloverfield. Many of us generally don’t notice the efforts of the the production teams. They are certainly due a lot of credit for their efforts on Cloverfield. If you want a fine example of quality acting, Cloverfield is a good bet.
