Let’s not mince words: Blue Moon is simply a horrific movie featuring a bad plot. It’s not terribly suprising. Its whole plot is really that bad. Plot is just one among many reasons to avoid this movie.

Execution:
In order for a film’s actors and directors to succeed, a film’s plot has to be strong. The direction was just not up to par. As poor as the directors and producers were, the actors are more terrible.

Entertainment:
We were hoping to find something that we could point to that was interesting. But we could find nothing. It’s just so confusing to imagine Rita Moreno and Ben Gazzara can be that boring. In fact, it was challenging to stay up at times.

Overall, Rent or Buy?
It has Rita Moreno. But trust us, it isn’t worth it.
